Visiting from NYC and everyone is so so nice and accomodating. They even gave me great food recs around here and Austin. What a great bunch of folks. Coach is wonderful and has invested in nice equipment--including a dry sauna and leg compression for recovery. Amazing.
It has weightlifting and strength/conditioning classes to help us reach our goals. Dutch, the main coach, also helps talk you through your nutrition plan when you first get started. If you are looking for a gym in Fort Worth this is the place to be!
