Do NOT EVER work with this company. I was contacted by Rob Bowden to set up a pre-treat on Malabar Road. He contacted me on September 6th and told me that it would need to be done by the end of the week. I didn't hear back from him until Wednesday, September 14th. He set up an appointment for September 15th in the morning. I had to move two other appointments to make this happen for him. Then he calls back that evening to reschedule for Friday. He told me it wouldn't be ready until 11am, so again I rescheduled several appointments to get this one in the books for him. Well Friday morning he texts me - no phone call to let me know to cancel the appointment. After calling him several times he finally picks up the phone and apologizes. I lost money from the appointments I could have scheduled in those time slots that he had me schedule for him then cancelled. Very unprofessional and very poorly handled. I know stuff happens, I have been doing this for 15 years, but come on, cancelling for the third time with a text message!!! Will not ever use this company and believe me I will spread the word to family and friends how they do business.
