Very unfriendly employees. They act like you are putting them at an inconvenience by simply walking up to the counter to check out books. This is a bookstore right?
I have noticed one women in particular that is either always having a bad day- or is just a straight up bitter person.
This is a great nook store but the food is overpriced i shouldnt have to pay $1.70 for a 50¢ snickers bar
