Love Half Price Books! They have a great selection of books, CDs, DVDs, and audio books. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Third, you can usually find what you want or something close to it. If you can't, they'll be more than willing to put it on hold for you if they do get it.

Ok, I love this place but when you sell the books back to you they rob you blind. I took 15 books out of the 15 , 8 had prices that I had bought from them. A total of $33.00, the rest prices were already taken off at home. They offered $6.00, ..yes $6.00 that means 0.4 cents a book, and their reason is we will discard most of them, really? The books I took in were in great condition young teen novels...my goodness I told them No, id rather give them away for free. That is such a shame 0.4cents a book. Be careful when you sell them your books. Too sneaky and outright outrageous.
Second, their prices are phenomenal. I buy a lot of reference material here that would normally cost me over $40 for a mere $10 or less usually.
