So disappointed on service. This is usually our favorite place to go have seafood, because we like the food. Upon arrival we waited a while to get seated. Once we got sat all the girl said was, “3?” I responded yes ma’am, she grabbed the menus and sat them at the booth and walked away. Never did she even greet us a warm welcome, nor did she say someone would be right with us. We sat at the table for a good 10 minutes. They weren’t even busy to have let me sit over 10 minutes without anyone letting me know they would at least be with me shortly. The last time we visited this place we also experienced bad service, but we thought we would give it another try. Well we just confirmed that we won’t be coming back!

Food was pretty good compared to other seafood places I have visited around town. The food wasn't the issue. We had a server that was new, that was fine as well. The real problem was over charging for 1 king crab leg. The price posted outside is $50 per pound, I ordered a 1/2 pound and received 1 crab leg, I did question if that was truly a 1/2 pound but since I didn't have a scale with me had to take their word. The manager addressed the issue very loudly at our table in a very unprofessional manner. She also was wearing what appeared to be some type of work out clothing, also very unprofessional. Outside of this when we received the bill we were charged $30.00 for the one, half pound crab leg. When we asked the server why he said that how we charge...what world does this make sense? If a pound is $50.00 why would a half pound be $30.00? If this is truly a common practice this should be addressed when placing the order...
Me and my son arrived at 610 pm. We sat at the bar because we wanted take out. We were ignored for about 20 minutes before the bartender sat our menus down and walked off. We knew what we wanted when we got there. She returned about 10 minutes later and took our order. She passed by us about 0 or 11 times as I tried to flag her down for a drink then a male server came as he noticed me waving for attention. He took my drink order and I waited another 10 minutes to it. We sat and I finally got someone to talk to us and asked for a desert menu that no one could seem to find. I asked for my ticket and waited for it another 20 minutes. We were ignored and for what should have taken 30 minutes ended up taking 1hour and 45 minutes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
First of all, I bought two Groupons and the fine print said 18% gratuity will be charged AFTER the $30 was applied. Can't use it on happy hour items nor alcoholic beverages and it cant be shared between people at the same table. The food tasted like something from a boxed or frozen meal. If I had to rate the food, it'll be a 2; the service, 2; the ambiance, 1. It was an unforgettable experience all right. My family and I will NOT be dining there again. TBT... my plate was cleaned not because the food was good but because I paid for it. My dog enjoyed it though.
