At Saint Emillion Bernard and his staff are culinary geniuses!! We had an extraordinary five star experience last night!! From the moment we were greeted at the door to when we closed the restaurant was an unforgettable experience!
We love Saint-Emilion! We often go for the bistro menu, which pushes us to try things that we might not pick otherwise. And, without fail, we end up thoroughly enjoying our meal and wine pairing. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere quaint, and the service professional without being stuffy.
The ambiance is so authentic and warm, the food was absolutely fabulous and of highest quality ingredients, the service was unrivaled - Lori and the rest of the wait staff were incredibly attentive, kind, enthusiastic and accommodating.
Above all, the service is impeccable.
The service was outstanding (Chris was our waiter) attentive but not obtrusive. Very informative about menu and offerings. Food was exquisite! My wife's duck was to die for and my scallops and Sea Bass were flavorful and cooked to perfection. I sure we will return.

Cape cod scallops hors d'oeuvre, tenderloin entree. Meal was near perfect. Only detraction is some grit in the scallops (grit is always a possibility in fresh scallops) the balance of the meal was lovely.
Very upscale; the in crowd of Monticello wine and dine at this restaurant. Be prepared to spend and know a little French (for the menu) if that bothers you then don’t bother with this place . The food is very French and delicious. I had the tartare; it was legit. This place isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience.
