I went with some friends for the first time to this place Sunday. Was having a pretty good time until I broke a hundred with the bartender.. First he hands me back my change in a big wad, and then it was discovered that one of the twenties he handed me was only a half. When confronted he refused to replace it and stated that "it wasnt his problem." It took me until today, Thursday, to FINALLY get in contact with the manager, not that it helped any because she claims " her bartender would never do that and she's going to take his word about it." Refusing to look at the cameras which would clearly let her see her bartender was not innocent and in fact not even sober, as he seemed messed up all night as well. I'm a bartender too and I know my establishment would never allow so much neglect. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have at this place and will not be returning. Be sure if you go to really watch your money cause they're out to rob you of it!

Ive been here a few times. The older group stays to themselves as the atmosphere/ bartenders tend to spend extra attention to certain customers.
