Yep I love coming here to the ITC station that is for sure the people here are friendly they definitely keep the place clean they have police here on site some and playing clothing you never know but they do sometimes have a problem with homeless people but that can happen with any business but they do the best they can the bus service here it definitely needs to be modernized and have buses running more often than what they do in Fort Worth they are doing a good job by adding the Tex Rail Express project Thule new Rail lines to the airport this will be good for the Dallas-Fort Worth area as they modernize and make new price changes also to service
This Amtrak Station is decent. It's Amtrak itself that has the problem. Ride at your own risk of delays and being put on buses for hours of your trip that you paid for a sleeper car for. No help, no refund, just excuses. Amtrak...the VA of the Railway.
This is a pretty neat place! There's 3 trains: TRE, Amtrak TX Eagle, and Amtrak Heartland Flyer. If you go there, there might be construction in that station because of TEXRail (coming in late 2018). Can't wait for it!
The station isn’t bad. The real issue is the Amtrak train service. It couldn’t be slower. Delay after delay. Took it because how could there be traffic on a train track? Well, apparently there is because they can’t communicate properly with freight trains. Long story short - I arrived 4 hours late. Almost midnight. Never again!
If you have to wait here for your transportation, it really isn't bad. I've been on the Amtrak many of times to Oklahoma and to Austin... and there's plenty of room to not have to sit by anyone. The TRE is a pretty pleasant experience, and it goes by really fast. They do check your passes.
