Busy store. Great produce section. Prices on many things are less than Wal-Mart or HEB. Meat definitely better that Wal-Mart.
Decent place. The prices are very low and they have a good selection of products. They don't accept credit cards and most people who shop at WinCo are rough.
Great place with a bad cashier. A customer infront of me in the line was trying to buy beer and the cashier Angelique accused her of being with me and demanded to see both of our IDs the customer then told her she wasn’t with me and Angelique made a huge scene and almost didn’t let her buy the beer when she said she was 22 and then when I was next in line she gave me a huge attitude for no reason and ignored me asking her why she was putting me in a situation with someone I didn’t even know. Apart from that there was no other registers open and the line was huge and she was more worried about assuming things and embarrassing a poor lady who didn’t do anything wrong . I understand it’s her job and she can get fined if she does sell it to minors but it was embarrassing and I felt discriminated And to top it off every time I do go to winco she is always in a mad mood and with an attitude .
Second visit to the store since my move to the area, amazed at the store! Clean, well stocked shelves, prices seem to be extremely reasonable. It's a grocery store not a 'have it all store'. So I've gladly not fought the other stores for my food and immediate needs.
Too big!!!!! Stuff here n there. And the signs down the aisles! Why are they hanging like they are? U have to go pass the sign to read it. Why not have the signs facing the customer so they can keep straight down the aisle instead of having to go pass the sign to read it. Crazy. Especially if u r a new customer! I'm looking for a store since Super One closed. I'm still looking?
