We decided to purchase my husband's wedding band at this jewelry store and since the ring would arrive two weeks after placing our order, we decided to leave two silver dishes for engraving with the jeweler as well. When we returned to pick up our orders, the dishes were filthy and the ring was too big because the store had admittedly ordered the wrong size. The store manager first insisted we must pay for a replacement ring, to which I politely but firmly refused, as our ticket clearly stated my husband and I had placed the order in the correct size. Next, before blaming the error on the manufacturer, she blamed the ring size on my husband's "small knuckles" (he actually has rather large knuckles) and suggested that I "accept my man for who he is." When the manufacturer finally agreed to remake the ring and return the order overnight and, after I had asked they advise when the ring had arrived, the store manager refused to call us because she, "would be busy with other clients." Furthermore, when I asked for the dishes to be cleaned, the jeweler handed me a polishing cloth. The ring arrived three days later. I received two phone calls to alert me of the ring's arrival but, when my husband went to pick it up at the store, the representatives working insisted the ring had not yet arrived because they could not find the package. After about 10 minutes, someone realized the mistake and we were married with the correctly sized ring.

One of my most recent visits was to pick up a ring that had been damaged many years back and no one up until them was able to fix it without the possibility of the stone breaking apart. They were able to use their laser and weld it back together with no problems and it did not even show where it used to be damaged. These folks are very professional and friendly. They will treat you like family from the start and that is why I have returned to them every time for all my watch and jewelry needs.

Probably a very good watch battery and repair service. However not going to pay $50 to replace a battery in a Fossil 'Twist'. Offered them $25 and they just smiled :) Will send it to Fossil and pay $19, thank you very much
