Amazing shopping mall with some excellent stores!! The customer service you receive from shopper services is on point. If you pay $10 for the Tanger membership you get access to their sweet lounge as well as some great coupons. They have a good amount of handicapped parking. It’s easy to get around the mall in a wheelchair. However, some stores within the mall are pretty tight and hard to move around in.
Joined the Tanger VIP. Totally worth the one time $10 fee. Really great selection of shops. Everything is very clean and it seems like they will maintain it well. The walkways are very spacious, so much so that it didn't even seem THAT crowded on black Friday.
Great feel and look but most shops are for clothing items. They need a bigger variety. They should think of the store people in the area need. Thing the locals don't have to go out of they way to go to every day. Examples are gym, some place to pick up quick dinner items, a sit down restaurant, etc... Ask the people in the area what stores they go to all the time.
My one complaint is the lack of food selections within the outlets. Your options are cookies or pretzels. While I understand there are a lot of dining options surrounding and more coming very soon... I do not want to have to load my family up and loose a good parking space to go eat. If I do that, I'm not going to return to continue shopping... I am just going to go home. A few added dining options would really amp this place up.
The water feature is lovely and so are the chairs and tables that are set up all around.
Its still new but we had a blast looking around and seeing all the new stores. The mall map is pretty cool and interactive, has coupons for stores on the mall. You scan with your smartphone and then head to the store. My daughter loved the candy store. The mall is outdoor but they styled it well with many places to sit. Tons of parking. Toy store, book store, clothes, jewelry, etc. Definitely still in development. But we will be back!
I loved the stores and the way it’s set up! One thing that would make it way better is for there to be a food court, instead of just treats. Also, watch out, not every store is an outlet. I would personally recommend shopping for perfume on Amazon (same sizes brand new for half the price of the “discount” stores).
