I have called them on three occasions and each time they came out within a 24 hour period and gave me a free estimate of the work that needed to be done. The first time I called them, I had already gotten two bids from other companies. Those other companies wanted to charge me for work that didn't need to be done. From that moment, I knew I was now dealing with a company with integrity, and they were the only ones I called when I needed more work done. They show up when they say they are going to show up, which tells me they value my time. They work until the job is complete, and clean up when done. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who might need their roof repaired. They only charge you for the work that needs to be done, so that tells me that they are interested in earning my business and not trying to rip me off like some other companies have tried to do. It is not always easy to find a company that is punctual, honest, and progressional, so when you find a company that hits all these marks, you not only rely on them, but can't wait to refer your friends to them as well. This was my first ever contractor project and I am completely happy with the work and the timeliness of the project. Working with Mike was a breeze; he was easy to get in touch with and very responsive.
