Its crazy that every time something is being mailed to me from a company the package always seems to get lost or misplaced. The postal men and or women are horrible.

This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. They routinely either do not deliver packages or deliver them to the wrong address, any mail that goes in the box is also routinely delivered to the wrong box. Not only that but they never answer the phone and the customer service is horrible, the employees are either lazy or incompetent, but always rude.

The service inside is not bad, but the postal delivery people are not so great. They always deliver the wrong mail and my packages are always lost. I have to call to find them most of the time, which creates more work for the workers in the office. How can you keep people that continue to not do their job? People rely on you for the safe delivery of their items and it's just not happening.

I'd expect a response to this review if I were dealing with a company requiring annual profit. If you need to get in touch, I'll be at UPS trying my best to ensure you maintain your $15B debt.

Super nice postal employees! I see them almost weekly and have never engaged in any negative behaviors such as posted. Friendly & helpful!

And the delivery postal workers are always accommodating as well! I've even had come back because there was just 1 more package at the PO before end of day.

Why is it I can go to the UPS store and have a box shipped in moments? They print the label, tape up the box and don't expect me to understand what the shipping speed levels mean. The USPS on the other hand, requires you to buy tape ($3.59) if you intentionally left the box open for a packing slip. I suppose I should carry around a handy roll of tape for such occasions. Lord knows you can't use the special express tape with the priority package. And for shipping speeds, just label it based on speed. No one cares to know what priority/express means. I just want to ship one lousy box to someone and have it arrive 2 days from now and go back to work. Why the long process and why the completely restrained hours? 8:30a - 5p, perfect for anyone working nights and horrible for everyone else.
