I called to tell them that my apartment complex was on fire... and all the call agent could do was complain about how I was calling the wrong city. (I guess I live on the border of Lake Worth and Fort Worth, but had always been told Lake Worth before this rude interaction.) When the sirens went off, I called back to have them cancel the fire truck... and she answered the phone with a raised voice, "IS THIS THE GIRL CALLING ABOUT THE FIRE ALARMS AGAIN YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO CALL LAKE WORTH." Very strange experience coming from a person who's supposed to "protect and serve..." giving them a two because I've never actually interacted with an officer in Lake Worth before.
