The secretary at the front desk was very courteous and professional. She was very efficient in scheduling my future therapy appointments. The two therapist that did my assessment and provided my therapy were very professional and explained everything very well to me. They showed a lot of compassion and kindness.
I’m using the Physical Therapy part of the clinic. The therapists have been thorough, encouraging &.creative - using many different types of excersizes including various equipment. This all has helped me continue the excersizes at home. I feel like I’m recovering from this total knee replacement faster than I expected.
I would not send no one to this location. I will not go back! The Doctor didn't call me by my name and didn't hear me.the Doctor never got X-RAY or blood work done! But yet Given me prescription for meds that will hurt me. That's because he didn't read over my paperwork and he wanted to do was send me to physical therapy then back to work. He don't care about me and my pain or arm just money.
The staff are friendly but the wait time is just awful. I waited in the waiting room for an hour. When I was finally called back I was put in a room. Asked a few questions then told the doctor would be in soon. Again I waited for another hour. The doctor finally came in and only saw me for a brief 15 minutes. I was sent to the waiting room to wait to be discharged at 5. I didn't get my discharge papers till almost six. Its just ridiculous to have to wait so long especially if it wasn't busy. I was there from 3pm to almost 6 and only 20 minutes of that was being seen by the doctor. It's ridiculous!
You can't really make someone sit in the lobby for an hour waiting to do a random drug screen. They claimed they didn't get the paperwork, even after I forwarded it from my phone two additional times while I was there. Get an email server that works or something! They weren't busy just slow. The upside was the tech who actually did the screen was fast friendly and efficient. Opposite of the folks at the front desk.
