I have never had any issues here. Considering its a county network and there are thousands of patients, they do an excellent job. In fact I was out of my medicine and only had a half hour for lunch and they made sure I got my medicine within 15 minutes, and they did not have to do that given I did not call it in until last minute. The customer service is excellent and I give them 5 stars for the compassion and the customer service. I feel most of the negative reviews come from patients not getting their way, rather it be by appointments, MEDICINE and, etc.
If you choose to do central fill I would recommend trying anything else first. They make up their own rules on prescription dates, the don't deliver messages to doctors, and they promise stuff is sent to the pharmacy but when you show up they haven't received it and you still have to wait. And heaven help you if you need to see a supervisor. She'll talk over you and contradict herself. Literally deal with it my other way.
They always short your pills! Be aware and always count your shiite!
Edit: I find it very amusing that "Russel" left a positive review refuting all my claims right after I put my review up. Interesting don't you think? I also find it interesting that she spent the entire time talking over me that my prescription would't be ready till the next day then I get a text from my pharmacy saying it's ready. So just further proof that they have no idea what they're doing. And what's fascinating is that this isn't a one time thing, this is literally every month.
Central fill pharmacy is always very helpful, they give me the details about when my prescription will be available for pickup and how much it will cost. I've never had any problems with their customer service.
Rather reporting the negative via google, call the actual staff and give them a chance to resolve said issue. We are humans, we all make mistakes and nothing will ever be perfect but be thankful JPS connection even exist.
