My wife and I have both worked in the food service industry, and when we got up to the counter, we were truly appalled at how filthy the line was. There was food and sauce EVERYWHERE where they were preparing everyone's pizzas. As we moved down the line, we noticed that there was even food and crumbs in the cooler where the bottled drinks are stored. The cashier's customer service was severely lacking, I'm not sure if she ever made eye contact or acknowledged us aside from our pizza.
The pizza was fine, but it definitely isn't worth going back for. I honestly couldn't wait to get out of there because the entire restaurant was just dirty.
We are always up for good, quick pizza so we decided to try out Blaze. We were in line for probably 20 minutes, which is totally fine, but it was because the people working the line were moving so slow. There was no organization behind the counter and none of the employees looked or acted like they wanted to be there.
Love this place! They have calories listed for each topping and an awesome variety of choices. Prices are good, service can be slow if it's busy. Several local beers on tap and a decent patio. Highly recommend!
I go to Blaze every Sunday! Julius and Felipe are awesome and really go above and beyond to serve you! I wish I could say the same for the girl on the register ... but don’t let her poor customer service skills keep you from trying it! You’ll be more than satisfied with the pizza.
First time in and liked the vibe immediately. While trying to ask one of the servers behind the counter how does it work; sizes etc. The server turned away and started taking the next people's order. At least of the guys working the topping bar interjected and told his co-worker to hand him the order slips and helped us. Anyway, on to the actual pizza....lots of great fresh topping options and loved the thin crust cooked in the brick oven. I will return to give this place another try but let's work on the customer service.
This is hands down my favorite pizza in all of Fort Worth. It’s priced EXTREMELY low for the quality of food you get. Expect a wait, as it’s very popular, and it takes a little while longer to cook the pizza, but the worth far outweighs the wait when you bite into that hot, crispy, amazing pizza that’s complexly tailored to your taste.
