We are baffled at the ridiculous request this company made the customer (us) to come pick up a replacement pump on our wedding day. No company should treat their customer as such and if I ever do put my MBA to use, I sure as hell will not.
If you like smart alecky responses and SARCASM from the owner (who is the only clerk working here), then this is for you. I personally can do without it, myself. He was doing some kind of yoga/meditation and acted annoyed when I asked him a question. No problem - I won't be returning here ever again; I'll go thirsty first!

It's Saturday. Wedding bells are ringing...it is my wedding day! And if you've experienced this wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime feeling you know how fast this day fly’s by. Everything is set, perfect, and the family and friends are there to party with us in joyous celebration. One thing goes wrong...the pump doesn't work on the keg we bought from Gina's Liquor. From the wedding site, Gina's Liquor is located 40 miles, one direction down 377. To mitigate the lack of beer, the groomsmen are tasked to go to the convenience store 5 miles down the road and buy cases of beer to supply to our guests. Problem solved, right? WRONG.
Small shop, dusty bottles, but the owner is well worth the stop. He has a very friendly personality and gives excellent fishing advice
I love this place! Always, always the nicest people! Just like neighbors! Love it!!
Upon returning the FULL keg of beer and broken pump he only reimburses us for the deposit (a mere $20) and tells us we should have called on our wedding day (REALLY?? Oh wait...it gets better...) AND brought the broken pump back (You mean you want someone to drive 80 miles on the day of the wedding?!) so that we could drink the beer from the keg.
Now we're headed down the blacktop to our Honeymoon destination the Monday after our wedding and my husband calls the liquor store to let them know we will be bringing them back a FULL keg of beer and that the pump didn't work. The man who always works there and answers the phone says, "No problem, I'll take care of you."
Now, let me tell you how I really feel....if this is a special day and you need a keg for it, go to a reputable liquor store to order your supplies. This place is not for you.
