Save your money. I used the father years ago and he was goo. But the son Patton, , a very nice person , but terrible as a real attorney that is suppose to do what is best for your children and you as the client.Typical Family Attorney, only interested in how much money you have , to determine how long he can drag out the case. Then tell you I am sotrry!!!! Patton is a really good person , when he started , but got caught up in the money and the scam of the family court of Tarrant Co. Which is a hypocritical joke. Truth is what client has the most money gets the best service!!!I hope he will truly look back on the oath he took, and really represent clients like real good people should be treated, and do what is best for the whole family, not how much he can fill his pockets with ( money).
I have known Patton for more than 20 years. I have worked as opposing counsel and I have worked as co-counsel with Patton. He works very hard for his clients and is a professional in every sense of the word.
