I hate to be so detail but this has been a nightmare. I would not want anyone to go through the process that I did. Maybe I just had a bad case manager, but I hope the owner of this law firm reads this and make some changes. I am a business owner myself and any feedback that my clients give me is like golden nuggets. It helps me improve and get better.
Horrible DO NOT I REPEAT DONT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE.. THEY TURNED MY OPEN AND SHUT CASE OF BEING REAR-ENDED HIGH IMPACT WITH A EYE WITNESS SAW THE WHOLE THING COMPLETELY OTHER DRIVER FAULT. NO WAY A AMATURE ATTORNEY COULD LOSE. THEY LET THEY CLAIM ADJUSTER INSIST THAT I THE VICTIM IS 80% LIABLE...says i was speeding which caused me to get rear-ended.. SUPER HILARIOUS. MY EYE WITNESS IS EVEN SHOCKED
It's a very rare case that I have time to write a review. With the experienced that I currently was faced, I feel that it must be known. My car accident was back in February 2015 and until today, my case have not been closed. One of my chiropractor recommended that I come see one of Mr. White office staff which I took the advice. Little did I know that they do referrals back and forth with Mr. White's office and it's the first time they are referring me there. That's after the fact of everything that has happened. So first lesson learned, do your research. The young lady that kept calling me to get me to sign the contract was persistence, and she even came over to my place to meet me one on one. After the contract was signed for them to take my case, I never heard from her. As a matter of fact, I had to call in the office and they now told me that another person is handling my case when she clearly states I will work with her on this. It was not a great feeling to have be tossed around with no updates of case manager changing on me.
FUTURE CLIENTS IN SAINT LOUIS, MO PLEASE BE WARNED.. THEY DONT "GOT YOU" !!!
All in all, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this law firm to anyone. The slogan and website URL definitely said it right "I GOT YOU". In my case, they did got me as I am stuck with their case fees and will loose more money if I go to another lawyer to finish this case for me.

The guy (which I won't name any names here) was very pleasant at first. I heard from him couple of times and never did again. As a client and a business owner myself, I understand communications play a vital role in business. In this case, I was the one who kept on emailing and calling to check on the status of my case. I finally finished all my therapy visits and reached out to the office to advised them of my status. The young men asked me to send in a letter of loss of wages which he did not even review my documents and forward what I had to my insurance company. To original document I send them had a total hours at the bottom which he did not reviewed the top where there are more hours missed To find out, he did not submit with the corrected hours and hence insurance did not pay for part of loss wages. I called the office to talked to the original lady that I signed contract with and, she apologize after hearing me out. Before hand, she kept giving me all kinds of excuses and putting blames on my chiropractor offices. Sadly to say, she was bad mouthing another company that send them referrals. She finally stopped talking and listen to my reasoning of her staff wrong doing and apologized that they overlooked the documents. WOW, how can a law firm overlook a document? I am in shocked that a law firm did not review and go over documents with clients before any type of submission. They then had me to redo my total hours and resend to them where they forward again to my insurance company. I have spent countless hours on this case and I run my own business. I loss time and money in this case and they gave me every reason why this case turned out like this. Sadly they blamed the chiropractor that actually referred me to them instead of taking the initiative of their own mistake.
Worst people to have handle your case they lie about everything , don't return phone calls and just take forever! It's not that I'm anxious to get a check cause the grind doesn't stop, but they don't know business very well customer service is everything and they don't have that.
