Paid 5k to him, I informed his office my children were in an abusive home, being mentally and emotionally abused, I asked if I should call cps his office told me not to, he told me he would take payments, he told me he would get us out of a toxic visitation for our children, he stated we would not need to pay child support but if we did, it would be for a short time, all which were untrue, he never communicated with us, only his paralegal did, he stirred so much up with the foster family and then wanted to withdraw himself leaving us in a way worse situation than we started with, out of the 2 years I had him as my lawyer I only saw him maybe 4 times, he stated we would have court within 6 months 1 and a half years go by and he never set a court date even when we mentioned abuse to our children, he still did not set a date, opposing counsel set all of the court dates, he promised a lot of things and didn't do a single thing he promised, besides leaving us with no other choice but to sign our children away! Do not go with jayson nag, he is only after money!

UPDATE FROM JULY 1, 2017 - The demand letter was baseless and continues to be. I'm certain Jayson Nag made some money from this but his client didn't. When you read Jayson's response below understand that 1) nothing is pending and 2) his client paid Jayson in exchange for receiving nothing.

Very unprofessional. We received a demand letter from Jayson Nag. We tried to contact him to discuss but he won't return our phone calls. He finally texted and said he wouldn't talk to us unless we offered to pay his client money, used profanity and threatened to turn me into the sheriff's office. His client actually owes us money but he has chosen to ignore this relevant fact. The only winner in this scenario is Jayson Nag and we are fearful he is not looking after his client's best interest.
Update:I never paid you? Invoices were never updated, my account was closed and then 2 weeks before you wanted to withdraw you sent me a 3k invoice, and wanted 9k within 4 days with no notice what so ever, let me also put in this review that jayson also got us a contempt of court charge, following his advice. Also I never received an updated invoice as to what I owe you for what little service your office provided.
