Awful! Washers are crappy and dryers don't work.. when TWO washing machines right NEXT to each other weren't working I was refused a refund. Simply put, this place has no customer service. I had to wait the 28 mins for them to finish just to wash them elsewhere! Do not go here. Needs to be updated.
Good quiet small laundromat...
I've came here for 3 years now I love it its close to my house when my mom passed away the lady helped me be able to wash my clothes so I could deal with my terrible loss before then I would come different days only because I started seeing that the other lady was rude to customers and so I stopped going the days she worked because working at a customer service place the customers are the reason why the place continues to grow! Today I decided to come when she was here because I was busy yesterday and I'm not choosing favorites but when I get yelled at by an employees relative and employee it concerns me because I asked her to stop a washer that was staining my kids clothes but also why the owner would allow family to be present in the work place every time she works and got her mom to be able to wash and do her daughters clothes but will over charge customers to do their clothes as I've heard from several family members that come also as well. Also when an employee yells at customers it seems to be ok but when she yells at me she needs to understand that I'm a loyal customer and ive came here longer then she's worked here and if I'm Going to get yelled at then I will take my service somewhere else and I'll become their loyal customer. As far as the lady this is not the only time I've seen her yell at someone but I will not be getting disrespected at my favorite washing location. I will be telling my husband and he will be upset that one of our favorite places allows his employee to act in such a terrible Matter. Best days to go if you want to be respected is Tuesday and Saturday and Sunday.
The dryer get really hot. It always nice and clean because of the old lady that works there.
