Just asked for a simple piece to be ordered.... Every time I checked in it was some new excuse as to why it wasn't in.. Keep in mind he never called me as promised when it was "ready" and after months past I went in again and the excuse was the "vender" didn't have anymore..... Why not call me and tell me this...very unprofessional and have now found a more consistent, responsible, punctual jeweler.. Gave this place every possible chance but owner appeared apathetic
