First off, go to NE Mall location! Better service and do not hold prejudice due to your age! Two times we waited for over 45 minutes while couples older than us waited shorter times to be helped. Caught one rep lying to us about an older man having an appointment when we had talked to him and he said he did not. Manager is a joke. Tried to help us but just tired of their crap. If it wasn't for the NE Mall location and my 4 years of purchasing credit line with them, I would leave Jared entirely.
Horrible experience with salesperson Mae.. kept pushing for us to get the ring financed and open up a Jared account when we clearly told her we were paying CASH!!!! And kept rushing me to pick a ring and kept calling me to come in to the store to buy it!! She missed out on the sale due to her being pushy!
Tried to charge me more than I paid for the watch to repair it. Better check prices this place will try to rob you!!!!
Stood in the store for roughly 30 minutes. They were busy but we watched several older couples enter after us and leave before anyone would help us. We may be a young couple but we have money to spend on our wedding bands. It's clear they were not interested in us or our money because they assumed based on our age that we aren't worth their attention.
We worked with sales associate Sydney Cloud today and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping at Jared! She made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in the door. Sydney asked us a few questions about our interests/price point then went to work. We didn't have to run around the store; she brought the best options for us while we sat and talked. Sydney was so patient as we narrowed down our interests option by option. Sydney and the store manager easily answered all our questions. Great team!
