I took them a badly damaged gold ring and a pearl necklace that needed re-stringing. They did amazing work and quickly too. They were friendly and knowledgeable about my jewelry. Custimer friendly and welcoming Family Owened business. I brought to fix my “made from old 1930s Men’s pocket watches” two pendants with still working mechanism. Few parts were broken/missing. I got it fixed in very short time period at a price you will not get anywhere else. Highly recommend and will come back again myself definitely!

They did a PERFECT job getting a 120 year old family heirloom pocket watch repaired and operational for the first time in at least 70 years. They found an actual true replacement crystal, straightened the very delicate hands, and serviced some internal parts, all at a very reasonable price and time wait. We can't wait to go visit my wife's 97 yr old aunt (the granddaughter of the original buyer) soon and let her hear it ticking again, possibly for the first time since she was a young lady.
