If I ever come back, I will check to see if the cash registers are sufficiently manned before I waste time shopping there.
I liked what I saw there and was about to purchase some candles. When I got to the checkout I decided against making a purchase as only two of the cashiers were open, even though there were at least a dozen people ahead of me in line and several unmanned checkout registers.
Pulling into the parking lot the first thing I noticed was plywood where the glass for an automatic door should be. When we go inside , we couldn't get down the aisle for all the merchandise in the floor, the store was not at all busy. That should have been a light bulb moment in itself. I did not see an employee until we checked out but there were carts full of merchandise returns filling the aisles around the restroom area. Merchandise was broken and damaged but still on the shelves for sale. And, not just a few things, it was this way in every area in which we browsed. I was so disappointed. I may try a store in another area, but I won't be returning to that store.
My husband and I visited here foe the first time. We spent hours in this store and felt like the prices were just too high on pretty much everything. I want to be fair and say I don't like very large stores where it takes a long jog to get from one end to the other. It was not a nice experience for myself but I have no complaints about the customer service. They were available and helpful.
I had heard so much about at home from online crafting friends, I was so excited when my daughter asked me to go with her.
Always find amazing things here! I love this place. Especially during Christmas season!
New favorite store! Large like a Walmart. Lots of mirrors, wall decorating items, umbrellas, great selection of bar stools,dining chairs, outdoor patio items,garden accessories, art work , pillows, .we got some super soft throws on sale. Very nice. Plan on being there a while your first time. Prices are very good.
