The only downside I can think of is that this is on the front end of the alliance town center which means traffic is an absolute nightmare. For that I get this four stars instead of five but the location itself once inside is a five star no question.
I really like this Kroger. They are open from 6am-1am every day so I can stop by even if I am out late. Everything is usually very clean and organized and there is a huge selection of food, household goods, clothing, etc. A cashier once accidentally rang me up wrong for a few items so I walked over to customer service and the issue was resolved easily within minutes. Only self check is open late at night but other than the occasional issue with the machines that is fine.
This Kroger has just about everything you could possibly need. Thanks SuperTarget. The most selection of any Kroger with the pharmacy, a jewelry store, and a Starbucks to boot.
I went to the bakery inside of Kroger to order a cake for my sons birthday party. I walked right up to the guy at the counter and asked if they had a certain style design. He immediately told me it couldn't be done. Then he went to the back to get someone else out to speak with me. That employee came out while speaking on the phone. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to finish their conversation. Once they were done the stood behind the counter with their back turned. Nothing I said could get them to turn around and speak with me. I left and went to a bakery close by, which made a phenomenal tasting cake that looked amazing. I'm glad the Kroger bakery employees refused to talk to me. Other wise I would have never walked into the other bakery. I will never attempt to get another cake from this Kroger bakery.
I use clicklist. Wonderful service. They sub products from time to time. Gave me free coffee to ensure we like it.
I walked into Kroger this morning and not one single person greeted me. After OBVIOUSLY looking for a certain snack, I had passed by multiple employees and no one bother to ask if they could help me. I decided to walk out because I did not want to be late to work after being there for 15 minutes looking for ONE thing. I have never been so dissatisfied about customer service in the times i have been to Krogers. To make matters worse, a lot of the customers I walked by would clutch their purse like I am some convict. Really?? I am 22 and i work full time. OMG I do not like this service AT ALL. I would have rated 0 stars if i could just based on the customer service, i would.
