Don't go here!!! I went in for an oil change and they assured my that I NEEDED the $60 synthetic oil. When I finally agreed, they came back and said I NEEDED $130 worth in oil and air filter.
To top it off, I asked my friend, "did they give you any discount?" Of course not. I mean, not even a $10 coupon off his next oil change. I'm a big fan of small business, but no longer a fan of this one.
They took good care of me. The new manager is the godsend for these guys.. I rolled up 10 minutes before they opened, and before I could stop the engine, he popped out and offered to open the shop early to take care of me.
After deciding that I would take my service somewhere else, they insisted that I get the $80 oil change, it would be a mix of some special concoction of this and that.
First of all, did they not know the rotor machine was broken??? Second, why did they keep giving bad time estimates that were HOURS off?
This is now my 2nd time here and its been great every time. These guys were more than helpful. They were quick and did a thorough job. I also appreciate their advice and honesty. The manager gave me honest expert opinions and recommendations to keep my car up to date. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable compared to the other shops. Great experience! Will definitely keep coming back
I recently had a not 100% satisfied visit, however the manager called and took care of my concerns. That's good customer service. They are relatively fast in their oil changes. And the prices are reasonable.
Please people.... stand your ground. Don't fall into the schemes. This all took 1hr. Big waste of time.
My friend waited with his mother in there for five hours. My friend is not coming back. Also, my five cars are not coming back. I'm just embarrassed. You guys just lost SIX regular cars today.
After a couple of hours waiting, my friend asked how it was coming along.... the response was that their machine they use to turn the rotors was BROKEN. So, they were taking the rotors to O'Reilly. Continually, they said, "almost done" or "about 30 more minutes." After FIVE HOURS, the job was done. BAD!
Embarrassed. I've been taking my five cars here for oil changes, inspections and minor repairs for three years. This morning, I HIGHLY recommended this place to a friend who was new in town. He took his car in and asked about new brake pads, and they said, "no problem." Easy job.
