I have been going here by last one year to work done of my and my wife cars. I have never find such a great place to work. Technicians are very good to work with. They will tell you everything going on the car. I recommend all of you go here for your car work done.
They do good work, but next time I won't pay 50dollars to do a cabin filter or anything like that as it's something simple that I could easily do. They are great at what they do.
Moral of the story if you just scroll down is to be transparent with your customers. I go here because they tell me straight up how my car is doing so if you have 10 cars lined up to be serviced then be honest and say that.
Very pleased with the service I have received at this location, I have been a mechanic and know the details of how this works. They have not up sold anything and only have offered options for air filter and service.
I want to say that I will continue to go here because they have taken care of us for several years so we're not going to allow a single occurrence to drive us away. I recommend this place to anyone who asks where to take their car so I expected a bit more customer service than what we received.
I witnessed someone today who blamed them for an issue with the his AC, and I feel they handled it superbly well without backing down very politely.
I understand Saturday's are a busy time so I made sure to show up early (9am). I knew it would be a wait and I had no issue with that. I asked the gentleman for a time estimate on an alignment and If it would be done in 2 to 3 hours. He informed me that the alignment would only take them 2 hours. Upon showing up (2 hours later) I was informed that I had more appointments ahead of me and to just pick up my vehicle at 5 pm. Being a time sensitive individual I am not okay with my 2 hour wait turning into an 8 hour wait.
That said my GF called on Friday due to a check engine light coming on and asked if she could drop the car off on Saturday to have it checked. They said they could have it done but Saturdays are very busy. She asked if she needed to make an appointment and they told her "no, just as long as its dropped off before 11am we can look at it". So we took their advice, dropped it off at 9:00 am and went home. Called at 3:00 PM and was told it wasn't even looked at yet and the guy is on lunch. We expressed our frustration only to be told "Well we have 10 appointments ahead of yours and its busy on saturdays". Why wouldn't they tell us that from the beginning? If there are 10 cars waiting to be serviced I would have scheduled another day instead of waiting 6 hours only to be told it hasn't been looked at. We expressed our frustration and they told us he will look at it first thing when he gets back. Not 30 minutes later do they have a diagnostic done and told us what the issue was.
