Said it would be an hour to a hour and a half to get it done took a hour and and a half to bring it in. But once they got to it they jumped on it and got it done super quick!
Thanks for the water but the waiting area sucks.. furthermore, I was waiting for my car and I witness two black kids come in. They clearly were in there to get assistance. They stood in line waiting and no one acknowledged them the entire time they stood there no one tried to see if they needed help none of that.. No one seemed to notice them until they began to act unruly.. If they were given the proper decency like everyone else maybe they would not have cause a disturbance so check y'all selves before y'all go around talking bad about young black people. Respect is a two way street.
I'm new to the area and in need of new tires. I've passed this place as well as PepBoys (down the street) many times. Initially hesitant about choosing a discounted tire store, but my friend highly recommended Discount Tires. She knows Im a stickler for good service and assured me theirs was top notch. She also tokd me they had financing available with 6mos no interest. I came today and they have exceeded all of my expectations. The service associate was very patient and knowledgeable. I'm leaving with new tires; a great warranty; and looking forward to doing continued business! Keep up the good work guys :)
