I went in today to get the parking brake assembly that they ordered for me installed in my car. Given my past experiences with my car dealership I thought it would take at least 2-5 days to get 'er done. Today's a Tuesday, so I asked the customer service rep if it would be ready by Thursday. He humbly responded, "Thursday would be too long. We can have it ready by the end of the day." And that's what happened. I brought my car in today at 11:40 a.m., and it was ready today by 4:50 p.m. That was my third or fourth transaction with Christian Brothers Automotive Southwest in total, and each time the associates have been friendly and informative, and have delivered professional quality results in an extremely timely manner. I will definitely employ them for my future car maintenance needs.
This place is clean. You can tell they understand all aspects of running a successful business. Its all about the details. From a friendly greeting at the door, to making sure the toilet paper in the bathroom ia stocked. I had a noise on my front left tire and they had no problem taking a look. They seem honest and arent looking to create problems for your car to profit off your lack of car knowledge. I will be bringing my wifes car here later for an alignment and oil change. Well-done.
I felt like the techs kept me "in the loop." Plus, no one talked down to me while explaining the services and repairs my car needed. They even took me out to the shop floor and showed me the broken parts on my car. I also liked how they updated me along the way. I went in because my car reeked of gas anytime it sat in the garage or sat parked; it turned out to be a cracked fuel pump. Since they found the issue so quickly, they didn't even charge for the diagnostic! I would have loved not to spend $700 on a new part (the "joy" of having a Pontiac) and $400 on labor...but I knew from the moment I walked in that my car was in good hands. I felt in control the whole time.
Not inexpensive but consistently great customer service. Great staff. Trustworthy and dependable.
